Clearwater Computer HELP Price List

Our services are affordable and our work is guaranteed. If we service your computer and you experience the same problem over again, we'll fix it until it's right (excluding hardware problems).
Purchased requested services at time of visit qualify for a 30-day guarantee for materials and workmanship based on the service performed.
Reconfiguration or changes and modification to the operation of the computer in any way will void any additional guarantees.
Clearwater Computer HELP’s working hours 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday.
The first hour costs $60.00, which may include a diagnosis and estimate of services needed, and each subsequent hour is billed in 20 minute increments ($20 every 20 minutes). - Clearwater Computer HELP will charge $25.00 for returned checks
$75.00/hour evenings (after 6pm) and on the weekend. (The first hour costs $75 and each subsequent hour is billed in 20 minute increments $25 every 20 minutes).
Clearwater Computer HELP will charge $25.00 for returned checks.
Rates apply to Clearwater and surrounding area. Customers outside Pinellas County or beyond 25 mile radius of Downtown Clearwater may be charged a transportation fee.

MONTHLY MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT

Our expert technicians come directly to your office to provide on-the-spot the following monthly maintenance services:
- Removal of Spyware and viruses;
- Repair damaged or corrupted operating system;
- Ensure your operating system is fully-functional and performing properly;
- Installation of all patches and critical updates; and Removal of unnecessary / unwanted icons and applications.
- Dusting your computer inside and outside with compressed air , clean your computer, monitor, mouse and keyboard

Monthly Service Contracts Plan is $100/month per computer. Minimum 2 computers and all must be at the same location.

PREPAID SERVICE PLANS

Want to save money on your very first call? Want to be able to call us out and not have to worry about how much it is going to cost? Purchase Pre-Paid Protection from us. These blocks of time are discounted from our regular On-Site rate of $60.00 per hour. The more time you buy, the more you save. Once you have purchased a Pre-Paid Plan you may use the hours as needed for On-Site or consultation services. Unused hours can be used in the future for another service call. With the Pre-Paid Plans there is no one hour minimum. You only use the actual time we work. Unused hours never expire.
